Warning 2009

If you warn them they will hate you. That is no reason to withhold truth. All preachers with any salt should be issuing warnings to the people. It is time to get your hearts right with God.

If the bailout disaster is not warning enough, look toward the Gaza strip. “Oh, that is over there,” some might say. “Eat, drink and be merry. Let us keep doing whatever pleases us.”

I am an optimist but I think the bubble is about to burst. Friend, look up. Get ready for Jesus. Stop living as if the fantasy will continue. We have almost sinned our way into full-blown judgment.

Do you really believe that we can keep killing innocent babies and not reap from the whirlwind? I am amazed that God lets America have a pass. Compared to Africa, Sudan, North Korea, Haiti, Iraq and many other nations we have been living on a gravy train. The gravy is spilling over onto the ground. Just ask Wall Street and all of the unfortunates losing their jobs.

Ask the homeless if the gravy train passes their way. Ask people struggling to get meals for their family if we are on the gravy train. Ask the major auto makers if the gravy is almost gone.

Wake up, preachers, teachers, priests, politicians and everyone else on planet Earth. I am not talking about global warming theory. I am talking about maniacs with dirty bombs, assassins, terrorists, natural disasters and much more. It is humble thyself in the sight of the Lord time.

It is time to abide in the presence of the Almighty. I do not have time to listen to my persecutors about now. I am too busy falling on my face before my heavenly Father, pleading for mercy on the behalf of those that are lost sinners.

Let me ask you a question. If a fireball ripped through the clouds and landed on your house are you ready to meet God? Seriously, are you ready? Have you been washed in the blood of the Lamb? In other words, have you repented of all sin and turned from your wicked ways? Have you opened your heart and life to Jesus Christ? Have you told God that you need Jesus more than anything and want Him to be your Lord and Savior?

Somebody will hate me because I am writing this. Do you really think I care about somebody hating me when I see where we are heading? I am standing on the wall blowing the trumpet of warning. Prepare your hearts for the coming of the Lord.

May I say with all sincerity, “Stop the nonsense and fall on your face in repentance before God?” Stop debating claptrap and catch the vision. I do not care if you do not believe in God. Start believing! The tsunami is coming. Which maniac will break the vial full of some diabolical biological nightmare first?

I think one of the most surreal moments to happen would be for Americans to be watching 24 when some real life, real time fanatic does the unthinkable in the real world. I remember seeing the planes slam into the World Trade Center towers. For many people in New York that day there was no time to get right with God. It was over in a flaming flash.

The time to prepare is now. If you have sin to confess, confess it now. Tomorrow may never come.

If you hold bitterness, hatred or anything against anybody make up. Forgive and seek forgiveness. From your heart cry out to God and let pride die. Humbly bow before the risen Savior Jesus.

You may be a business person who needs to repent and get your heart right with God. Do not procrastinate. We live in a day by day potential disaster mode.

Jesus Christ did not die on that cross 2,000 plus years ago so that we might fiddle around and miss heaven. Remember Harry Truman? One day he rocked on Mount St. Helens and the next day he rolled.

Be ready to meet the Lord, living each day as if you are living on a fault line.
